  • Unconditional trust and forgiveness

This was such a sweet love story. It was a story of Canyon's unconditional love and forgiveness vs Keisha's inability to forgive. Keisha was so afraid of her own inability to forgive that she tried reflecting it on Canyon. However, Canyon would not be swayed. He kept showing her that his heart was pure. He forgave her for not believing and trusting him when it came to the alleged "romp" with Bonita. And biggest of all he forgave Keisha for keeping his son's existence from him. Even Beau trusted Canyon on first meeting. Always trust children and dogs when it comes to reading people. Funny, with Keisha being a lawyer, everything is "alleged" until proven otherwise, except in her own life. Even with her trust issues stemming from her father's long time denial, I could not understand why she never thought to ponder Bonita's story. Very well done. I loved it!! ~Sheila
