This new book was as good as the first ghost walker book. However, I was disappointed that the rescue of the baby and the sister was almost glossed over. I went back a couple of times just to make sure I had not missed a chapter.

I love this author, so let me be clear when I say this was a complete snooze fest. It was hard to keep coming back but I paid for it and I’ve read all the books in this series. The book had its moments but overall it was repetitive at times and extremely slow. I’m glad I’m done, now I can move on to the next book.

I really like the Ghostwalker Series. This one is just okay. There was too much repetition of surface level feelings portrayed as more. If you’re new to the series, start with the first books in the series, it will be easier to understand who is who during the few action scenes. Don’t let this one define your experience with this series.
