Great memoir, good for those with buried secrets

I read this entire book on along international flight. So many girls and women hold this secret.

Amy Griffin unwraps the hidden impacts of childhood sexual abuse. Her journey as an adult to find resolution leads to unexpected discoveries. This is a good read for anyone trying to understand the repercussions of burying trauma.

This is one of the best books I have ever read.

Amy’s story was riveting, relatable, and so powerful. It should be mandatory reading for all! Her vulnerability, honesty, and storytelling is inspiring. I devoured it, weeping, at times, and smiling at other times. It made me feel and also feel deeply seen. Thank you for writing this book, for so many of us.
