I like this book it is a mind opening:)

This book has some basic fundamental ideas rooted in eastern philosophy, but seems to be more of a relentless advertisement to get you to visit the authors website to purchase his "mystical self help product" don't waste your time.

This book is really helpful, and explained what I was going through with all the stress at my job. It has a lot of useful information.

Reading it once is not enough. So great that I can now have it on my iPhone and keep it with me in my purse at all times. Thank you!
