I stopped reading it when Bosch was having problems with his daughter. Connelly himself seems to have a problem with women. I suppose this is intended to add depth, but I just get annoyed.

Excellent book

As always, Connolly reaches out and grabs you by the shirt collar and refuses to let go until the very end.

This book has been so much fun. About half way through it was hard to put down.

A taut thriller with a lukewarm ending that left me “up in the air”

It was confusing, and difficult to hold my interest. I will pay more attention to the ratings from now on. I just assumed all his books were great.

Interesting characters, good plot, moves along nicely, keeps your interest. However, it ends a bit abruptly and leaves a lot of unanswered questions. What happened to Sarah? What was Jesse’s motive? Was he a serial killer? Were there other bodies? Etc.

Face paced courtroom drama with Bosch in charge of the investigation.

Very enjoyable

Great book, could not put it down. Would highly recommend this book for anyone's reading pleasure.
