I enjoyed reading this book. So far the series has been very good and I would recommend it. Start at the beginning though don’t miss out on the whole experience. This book would still be good as just the one book but why limit yourself.

Anything by this author is better than a lot of books out there, but for Lisa Kleypas, this is middle of the pack behind Dreaming of You, Suddenly You, the Walflowers, Ravenels and most of the Hathaways series. I will say that the two main male characters are very compelling - enough to recommend the book if you are jonesing for another Kleypas offering.

Love Sir Ross. No spoilers but loved the unexpected in this book. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

One of her best. I love that Sir Ross wasn’t a rake and their chemistry leapt off the page. Loved the twist and turns and that Ross didn’t overreact to Sophia’s secrets. I can’t wait to read this again.

Amazing from start to finish. Great characters and supporting characters. Mystery, heartache and love all tied together.

Loved this book! Wish there was a sequel would love to know what happens to her brother.

This is the second book of LK's Bow Street Series. The characters are likable and the story line is interesting. Will recommend it to romance readers.
