A good story but it needed Agent Keller

The only thing that I didn’t like about this story is the fact that FBI Agent Sarah Keller was not apart of this story. She had such an integral role in The Night Shift and What Have We Done. I really missed that character. Other than that What Have We Done was good. As usual Alex Finlay kept the reader guessing until the very end. Every single twist and turn of the plot led to the final act with a character who I didn’t even suspect. That’s what I like about Finlay’s novels. His protagonists are always hiding in plain sight.
Great Thriller!!

I thoroughly enjoyed this new adventure, by Alex Finlay. This was a fast paced, edge of your seat, plenty of action, and not knowing what’s coming around the next corner book. If you enjoy thriller stories, I think you will enjoy this one.
I received an ARC of this book from NetGalley. This is my honest and voluntary review.
Unreadable

Terrible. It reads like a cliched action movie and all the characters are unlikeable.

I’ve been looking forward to the release of this book since the announcement. I was super lucky to receive an audible ARC and to say I’m excited is an understatement. The multiple narrators for the audible version made my experience even more enjoyable as you’re able to quickly differentiate the multiple point of views. Also, I felt as if the narrators really added another layer of excitement to these well developed characters (Jenna, Nico, Donnie). I really enjoyed Finlay’s writing style, action packed, & gripping characters. This book grabs ya from the very beginning and takes you on a wild ride of thrills whilst the characters over come some serious odds. I sincerely hope the powers at be turns Mr. Finlay’s book into a movie. And highly recommend this book to anyone whose into mystery/thrillers.
