First of all the book appears to be free, but it’s not. No price is listed then they charge your card $13. Secondly it is incredibly short! Only like 10 recipes. Complete scam.

Quick read very Informative

I have recently found out i have a gluten, sugar, and dairy allergy and didn’t know what to make,eat, or drink most of the time i found myself lost until i hit the books. I looked to see and found no hope until this book . There was much more variety then any book i had read . So if i had to recommend it to a friend this would be the book!

I haven’t tried this yet so hoping the recipes come out good but their are a lot of typos in this book like bruschetta chicken when it’s salmon. So hopefully the recipes themselves are portioned correctly

Enjoyed reading this book. Had great information for beginners.
